I have rediscovered an old fight of me against Toñín, in that moment Tito Beltrán's pupil, exactly the second round in the heavy weight division, April 30th 2005, Villanueva de Córdoba.

Desde la semana pasada tenemos un nuevo gimnasio donde poder entrenar. Se trata del Gimnasio Apolo, sito en la Calle la piscina, 1 Candelaria 922-503-210. Las clases son los martes, jueves y viernes en horario de 17:00 a 18:15 h. Junto a Anselmo Baldín, RayKo estará ayudando principilmente con el grupo infantil/juvenil. Precisamente ayer me invitaron a uno de sus primeros entrenos y da gusto ver que tenemos canteras

Since last week , we have a new gym where to train jiu jitsu. It's the Apolo Gym, at la piscina St. 1 Candelaria 0034-922-503-210. Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 05: PM to 06:15 PM. RayKo helps Anselmo Baldín, specially with childen and teenager group.Just yesterday I was invited to their first training and it's amazing to know we have youth squad.

El próximo día 27 de enero, el mayor torneo de MMA de España tendrá lugar en el Castillo de Agüimes (Gran Canaria). Por primera vez sale de la península, trayendo lo mejor del panaroma nacional a las islas (Aunque algunos son de aquí ;) ). Un evento altamente recomendable a todos los seguirodres de los deportes de contacto. Allí estaremos.
